You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute, arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be filed only in the federal or state court with competent jurisdiction located in Phoenix, Arizona. You consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction by such courts in any such action. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

• Conduct or forward surveys, contests

• Download any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.

• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services.

The NAACP-Maricopa County has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, the NAACP-Maricopa County reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service The NAACP-Maricopa County reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.

The NAACP reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, edit in whole or in part, in the NAACP's sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or other people in any Communication Service. The NAACP does not control or endorse the content, found in any Communication Service and, therefore, the NAACP specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service.
