Equality Health Foundation™, in partnership with Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church and Sonora Quest Laboratories™ is proud to provide FREE drive-thru and walk-up testing on Saturday, May 16th or, on additional days by appointment. If you are not able to attend this Saturday’s testing event, please make an appointment to be tested at one of the following Equality Care Center’s locations: • 3306 W.
